Architect and designer Gianfranco Frattini was one of the most important figures in Italian design. During his fifty-year career, he distinguished himself in interior and product design, contributing to the diffusion of the Made-in-Italy name throughout the world.
Frattini met Milan based manufacturer Bernini in the mid-1950s and they asked the designer to create a whole, exclusive furniture collection. Part of which was the model 530 desk, this example in rosewood, offering the sitter an elegant desk with sleek storage.
